so, despite sulking a bit, i left riga,latvia, in good spirits. i'd had some good conversations with my host, bought some strawberries for the roommates and farewelled the cat and dog in style (by buying them some treats^^). we spent the last day exploring abondoned buildings and cemetaries, and when lauris had to go to work i went with him and hung around a bit (he works at a groovy youth hostel). so, i got lots of hugs upon leaving, and this put me in good spirits. its always exciting to be on the move.!

i also got rid of a whole heap of clothes..funny how attatched you can be to clothing!! gave them all away since i decided i didn't need them. felt good:) sounds like nothing i know, but now everything i own fits into a backpack!

arrived in warsaw, poland, this morning. it was like a trip back in time..to the soviet era! the bus stop was freakin dirty, nutty old bags at the counters, dirty buses, old clothing, small shop fronts selling sweet pastries (and omagod they're warrrm!)...shit..i love it!!
oh, and did i mention the sun is shining:D today is one awesome day!

i didnt sleep last night since it was a cramped up crappy bus overfilled with fat old people and all i've eaten in two days is chocolate...plus i need a shower, somewhere to wash my clothes, fix my boots...and maybe someone to talk to?:P?
